Frank and his guys came in, tore down a pretty awful garage, and left the site cleaner than they found it, for the price we agreed to, in a reasonable time frame. I was very happy. Frank was also easy to keep in contact with and accommodating of the fact that I spend most of my workday in meetings, which was very highly appreciated. Reliable and honest, I'd hire them again.
