I purchase a window cleaning Groupon to have 40 panes cleaned on my home. It took forever for MGS Cleaning Solutions to respond to my reservation request. I booked an appointment for today took the day off work and MGS never showed up. I had a confirmation sent to me I called several times during the day to see where they were and no one picks up the phone, left messages and no response. Anybody who has purchased one of these deals contact the online supplier and ask for a refund as this company never had any intention of doing the work. The person that sent me the confirmation is Mark and truly he is not a professional and should not be allowed to continue to rip people off. All I can say is complain don't let him take your money for doing nothing. NEVER use this company .
