I had outdoor lights installed by an electrician earlier this year who did not do the job correctly and to code - the fixtures were hanging downward and rain water was getting in. Ali (Murtex Electric) replied to my post in Home Stars. He messaged me for a quick call to explain the problem and asked for pictures. He explained to me the problem with the install and provided a verbal estimate with a written estimate followed shortly after. He was on time, courteous and professional. Install with the proper outdoor equipment was smooth and quick. I highly recommend Ali and will be saving his contact for future use!

We were impressed with the price and sales. However, it was downhill once we put 30% deposit down. We told the salesman we were in a hurry & he promised the measuring guy would book the appt in a day or two, the stock was available, it would be a 2-3 day job. No call for a week. I started calling the store & no one would answer - I was redirected to a voicemail with no option to leave a message. Finally, after 2 weeks I got a hold of the salesman & he apologized & said I would definitely get a call. Two days later, I booked the appt for proper measuring of my floors. The guy never showed up nor phoned he couldn't make it! Tried calling the store but no luck. I went to the store the next day, same salesman pitch, apologized, & rebooked. Again - no one showed up! I called my credit card company and am disputing the transaction. Hopefully, I'll get my money back. Don't waste your time or money. Very unprofessional & don't follow through on their promises!

Gary and his team did an awesome job. We had our windows replaced & the yellow siding, soffit, fascia & downspouts stood out like an eyesore with stark white windows. The team was professional & courteous. They worked right through the pouring rain and left my property clean of all debris. It looked like no work was done except for the new white siding, eavestrough, soffit & fascia. Definitely would recommend them! Thanks Gary & crew!
