I managed to get in very quickly thanks to a cancellation. The person arrived on time, did a look around the house and some math then presented the full estimate. The job was done in about two hours: all exterior windows and the inside of a couple large ones that I can't reach. It's amazing how much brighter it seems now! Highly recommended.

This year is the first year I elected to get some help with the lawn. After looking into a few different companies I decided to go with Nutri-Lawn and I'm glad I did. I had both the fertilizing and weed control done and it showed! My lawn looked nice and thick, was a beautiful dark, lush green with minimal weeds. The communication was excellent: a call was received to confirm the date a technician would come out. When they came out an invoice was left in the door so I'd know they had done their thing. If the date had to be changed (stupid, stupid rain!) a call was received to advise of the weather delay and another date was scheduled. I'm very happy with the service as well as the outcome. I'll be back next year!

I'd finally had enough of a boring wood deck/railings and an absolutely awful looking, long and wiggly set of wooden stairs. I researched companies that would be able to install vinyl decking, aluminum railings and a spiral staircase: I found Sundeck Solutions Inc. and after reading the excellent reviews on HomeStars I decided to have Sundeck do the job. All I can say is WOW! The service was absolutely excellent - prompt responses to questions whether via e-mail or phone. When a date was given for the work to be done, they were true to their word. If anything came up a call was received to advise and reschedule (happened once due to crappy, rainy weather). The workmanship is fabulous! Everything has been beautifully done and the final result is just awesome. An added bonus for me is that the tradespeople didn't trample over my numerous plantings but obviously took the time and care to ensure my garden remained unmolested. Clean-up was well done (especially since construction is so messy). All-in-all this is the best dealing I've had with a company for both customer service and quality of the work. I highly recommend Sundeck Solutions!!

I purchased a "new build" so I wanted to make sure things were done by the builder properly. Based on the prior reviews on this site, I engaged the services of Strand Home Inspections Inc.: Rick arrived on time and fully prepared. We spent almost four hours going through everything possible from checking out the roof system, structural, plumbing, heating, windows, doors, attics... Just everything. Rick took the time to show me what to watch for and to point out the good stuff as well as the issues. As a result, my mind is now at ease and I'm quite pleased with how the builder performed in constructing my home. The inspection report was received super fast! It's clear, concise, and easy to follow. I'll be using this information in dealing with the builder (for the couple issues that were found) in time for my one year review. Whether you're moving into a new build, or a re-sale home, the price of the inspection is well worth it! I consider the cost of the inspection to be very reasonable considering the thoroughness of the inspection and the quality of the report received from Strand Home Inspections. Highly recommended!!
