We had neglected to clean our furnace for a few years and started having some issues with the furnace blowing cold air. We called Sam and he came the same day to diagnose the problem. He showed us all the dust that had accumulated in the furnace and stressed the importance of having the furnace maintained and cleaned every year. He did a great job of cleaning the furnace and determined that 2 components of the furnace needed to be replaced. Since the furnace was still under warranty, Sam was able to pick up the parts and replace them by 11am the next morning. He was polite, punctual and efficient. We will definitely be calling him annually to clean and maintain our furnace!

I hired P & P Painting and Renovation to do a complete basement renovation including waterproofing. Manny from Viper Home Services was hired by our contractor to take out our old concrete, lay down new concrete and complete the waterproofing work. He installed a back flow water valve and explained how to apply to the city for a rebate for installation of the back flow water valve and sump pump. Along the way, Manny noticed some plumbing problems that he helped us fix. He re-installed a toilet that was leaking down to our basement and fixed the pipes under our kitchen sink that weren't installed properly from a previous renovation. Manny was always polite and answered all my questions. He was easily accessible and always answered the phone when I called him. Even after the job was done, I contacted him when I was having trouble getting my rebate and Manny went out of his way to contact the city inspector and city offices to find out what was happening. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

We did a complete basement renovation which included gutting the existing basement, waterproofing and refinishing it. We put in a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and living area. We hired Natanael based on a friend's recommendation and do not regret it at all. His price was competitive to the other quotes we received. Rafael and Javier were assigned to our project and were great to work with. They were always polite and courteous. Rafael always took the time to answer any questions we had and was easily accessible by phone if we had any issues. They worked extremely hard everyday from 8am to 6pm. They even worked on weekends to ensure the project would finish on time. We love our new basement and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
