We bought our new house, we hired Attic Pros to do Attic insulation to remove wood chips and batts insulation and they install baffles for venting as well sealed all the air leaks from the fixtures on the ceiling then install fresh Fiber glass insulation to R-50, I was very happy with customer service and time frame.
