Lifetime warranty is a joke. Bought blinds for new house in 1990. took a pair of defective units to 3235 Dundas Street W location in summer 2014. style was discontinued so there is NO WARRANTY. not even a modest discount for replacements. Inexplicably, staff, including manager, were surly and uninterested, both at time of order and pickup. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
