Baldwin squeezed us in to repair our furnace on the coldest day of the year. He assessed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. While going through the possible issues he explained what he was looking for and went through all the different solutions to solve the issue. The quote they gave us was very competitive to the other AC installation companies. Baldwin and his team worked clean and quickly, they were also open to me asking questions while they were working explaining why he was doing what he was doing.
