We just moved into our home a couple months ago and on the second night here...we had a bat in our house. We got it out, assumed it was random since we're kind of out in the woods, and thought nothing more of it. A week or so later, we heard bats chattering above our fireplace. A week or so after that, we found a bat in our garage. Then some more fireplace chattering. We decided to call a local pest control company to check things out. They went up in our attic and found a decent amount of bat droppings and believed bats were living in our attic. So we called Bats Canada. Kenny gave me a quote over the phone, came to the house a few days later, and could tell we had a bat problem without even stepping foot in our attic. He sealed the entire house, located entry points that we never would have even imagined a bat could squeeze through. He secured one-way exit vents so the bats could leave and not re-enter. He answered every single question we had and we now know more about bats than we ever thought we would need to! A couple weeks later, he returned and took the vents off, sealed everything up, checked out the attic to ensure all the bats had left and slapped a 5-year guarantee on his work! 5 YEARS!!!!
