I needed to figure out what was wrong with my house gutters and downspouts. We were getting leaks and mold was developing on gutters and house walls. Naturally Bold Developments contacted me within few minutes after posting service request. The team inspected the problem area and advised against expensive repair. They tested the gutters and performed repairs and adjustments that were required. Pretty happy with how service was handled.

We needed to replace our aging and noisy furnace and AC, and also to get rid of rental tank water heater by replacing it with tankless. I called Boris to get a quote for the job and he showed up within couple hours. Boris explained everything in details and advised us on equipment and installation options. After this initial visit all email and phone communication was very quick and to the point. Any questions I had were answered, and at the end after having few more quotes from other companies, we decided to go ahead with Cozy World Inc. On the day of installation (Saturday). Saeed and his team showed up right on time. They performed installation of all three units within one day (by 7PM they were done). We were blown away by attention to details of Saeed and his team. The job was done better than we expected, it feels like they were doing it for their own house. No "cutting corners", no "let's just do it the easy way". Again, any questions we had were answered, the area where the team worked was cleaned. Rental water tank was picked up and dropped at Reliance location by Cozy World Inc at no extra charge. I called METRO Plumbing & Drains because my main water vale was not shutting water off completely and needed replacement. They advised me to call city, because the work required city water shut off. I scheduled two appointments at 11 AM and was surprised when both city technician and METR Plumbing & Drains plumber showed up at 11 AM sharp. Vadim from METRO Plumbing & Drains completed his work in under below 2 hrs. Main valve and some leaking copper tubing were replaced. He left the work area very clean and we like his confidence and professional approach. I would call the company for any other plumbing or drain work in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend or a neighbour.

We got sewer problem - water was coming into the basement after using toilet and sinks. Vitaliy's response was quick - he came next day. (It was not really an emergency, as we managed to use it without overloading the system). Vitaliy analysed the problem with camera, and it was a LOT of roots inside the ceramic drain system. Our house is about 30 years old and drain was never cleaned. Using "snake" Vitaliy cleaned the drain, checked with camera and cleaned again. It took him about 1 hr and 30 minutes to finish. We were able to use the system right after the job was done. I would recommend his service to anyone.
