Although they were nice people, you are judged on your performance and unfortunately the work is very inconsistent. Some areas were done well and others were rushed and were done poorly. I think having more people on their crew and perhaps focusing on one job at a time would be a good thing for this company. The painting is poor and we will have to have someone come in and redo it next year and the flooring, which they put on top of the existing tile has a bunch of air pockets. Attention to detail and consideration for the home owners time is something this company needs to work on.

I called this company and they came the next day! The hook up was done from a truck outside. When completed he even gave me some tips about my furnace and ducts. Best of all he was not intrusive.
