well , there was a misunderstanding as too what we thought we where getting as far as the exterior look , I thought we where getting a brick molding on the exterior of our home( as per the sample he brought with him) but that wasn't the case. If you do get a quote from them make sure the salesman show you the difference between a brick molding on the exterior and no brick molding Same goes for the trim molding around the interior( if your going with wood) be sure too ask what it is your getting , because their basic package is a knotty pine trim. That's ok if I was remodeling a cabin. when the windows were install one was broken on arrival and the screen door kit for our French doors the handle was installed on the wrong side of the door so they had to install the door upside down for it too lock. A new window and screen door was ordered and when they came too install both items window was the wrong size and glass was etched and the screen door was not the proper one so here we go wait another 2-4 weeks for that too come in from down east( Toronto ) . The installers Alex and Helper worked hard when they where there , but not hard enough when it comes too their clean up, I've had too clean up after them every time they come too the house. Elena does a awesome job of trying too keep the job sites running smoothly and looking after the customers concerns. Would I recommend them to others, I might , one thing I will say is that we have held back money until the replacement window and screen are replaced and have no problem paying once the job is completed .They started this job June 10,2014 and this comment was written August 5th,2014.Yes their price was very attractive compare too others which is why we went with them , my neighbor had windows replaced the following day June 11,2014 by leading window supplier here in Edmonton and his where completed the next day by noon , yes he paid a lot more but his is done and he is happy , i'm not done and not quite as happy as he is.
