We needed a fence replaced and Premium came recommended by our landscapers. They were quick, followed direction, and cleaned up after themselves. The job was not a particularly difficult or original design, but they happily made a couple of small adjustments for us in the middle of the project. There were no surprises (as opposed to the landscapers, who were filled with surprises - rarely good ones).

We have had occasion to call Synergy twice for emergency service to our incoming water line. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. They never tried to upsell us or behave unprofessionally. Besides doing the work they also provided lots of helpful advice. At times of mild panic, they were a much needed dose of calm experience.

I hired Alto to rehang a glass shower door that was scraping the floor. They happily came over, did the work, and told me that their work was guaranteed for six months. Two months later the door was sagging again, this time worse than before, making it impossible to open the door outward at all. I called the company and was told that they don't actually guarantee doors that they didn't install originally. The person who told me that the work was guaranteed was wrong. They were unapologetic and seemed unconcerned. So now I've paid for them to make things worse and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Hard to find anything about the experience worthy of a recommendation.

Westside was recommended to us by our neighbours, who called them to deal with a family of raccoons under their porch, and an ongoing rodent problem. We had sporadic scratching sounds in the attic and occasional rat sightings in the yard. Westside were prompt, friendly, professional, and helpful. They answered questions and did an incredibly thorough job of excluding all the possible entry points. A week later I remembered a difficult to access spot under the back of the house that might become another access point, but when I went to look I found that they had already been there and sealed it up. Their attitude is excellent, they guarantee their work, and they respond quickly to phone calls and requests for help. I can't recommend them highly enough.
