Ryan came to my home last week to exchange some light switches and to finish putting some wood panels on my back gate. Ryan is a professional and kind man that worked in a timely manner. Paul and Mariella were both very courteous, patient and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Ruben and his crew did a fantastic job. I had several shingle problems over the past two years from a newly laid roof by another company. Ruben always came to fix my problem. He even came on the day he returned from his vacation. I finally decided to put another new roof. The fellows came on time, acted professionally, did a fantastic job and cleaned my whole area. They even cleaned my eavestrough. From talking to Ruben you can tell his sincerity in doing a great job. I have recommended him to some neighbours who are very satisfied as well. What a great team. This is the second time that I used Convertible Heating for a new furnace and A/C. Marnie was very personable and friendly when she came to give me my quote. She very patiently listened to my concerns and she answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The installers that came, Dave and Greg, were superb. They were very efficient and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. When Dave first came in he mentioned that he installed my old furnace 17 years ago. That’s saying a lot these days. Kiya and his men are a very hard working team. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Kiya was professional, considerate and honest. I knew that I was in good hands. He made me aware of things that I hadn't noticed. The knob and tube removal along with some new lighting in my old house gave them challenges but they persevered and did a great job. I called regarding insulation between the houses. Boris came to inspect the property. He didn't find any problem or entry of any animals and he placed a wire mesh over the stove exhaust all at no cost to me. I found the service to be impeccable.
