We had a custom closets installed when we built our home in 2003, however they were poorly installed, the racks were falling off the wall and just not functional. We then met Rahul from Rahul Glass Ltd. from the first meeting, the design and installation was superb. I feel that we got good value for the dollars we invested. I have been to Northern Feather Dream Makers Inc on various occasions to buy items for the house, such as a dish drying rack and hangers. They don't have a lot of sales, but if you subscribe to their website, they occasionally email out a 10% off coupon for any regular priced item in the store. The quality of their items are great and I've had no problems with any of my purchases there.

Excellent service from Pacific Ultrasonic Services which I have used for several renovation projects. In this case, a complete install of new roller blinds for a 1300 sq. ft waterfront condominium in downtown Vancouver. Knowledgeable and professional advice provided by Bob. The final product is of high quality, looks great and was provided at a very competitive price.

I went in Fraser Aquarium to get some advice when setting up a freshwater tank. I found the time I spent with the staff to be very informative. They have a good selection of products and the pricing is very reasonable compared to bigger box stores. Some stuff is even competitively priced to Amazon.com. Ended up getting my gravel and a few started fish and plants there.

We recently moved into a house and wanted to upgrade our alarm system to a more contemporary unit with GSM features. I was also interested in internet connectivity. I first spoke to John and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge base. He was extremely patient with me and went through all the various options to best suit my needs and budget. We ultimately decided to upgrade to a DSC GSM system with the internet module. I was very happy with the timely service. They sent someone in within 48 hours. The technician was very patient and spent 5-6 hours on the new installation and also checked all existing connections. Once he was complete, there was an issue with the internet module. This was not solved immediately but he was able to take it back to the team. After some troubleshooting it was felt that the internet module was the problem and it was replaced very quickly with no questions asked. I was pleased with their response time. As I have just recently signed up with them, I cannot comment on the long term monitoring service. However, overall my experience thus far was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommended them.

I was so happy with the Lundline Glass & Aluminum did with our patio cover that I asked this company to come again and have our metal roof put in. Both jobs stand up and all work was cleaned up and done in a day. Very professional staff. I already have another job for them that they can do for my parents.
