Sandro did an amazing job bringing our dream kitchen to life. We moved into an apartment on the 3rd floor with the original 1990 kitchen. There were several trickly components to the renovation such as angled walls, dropped ceiling that needed to be raised with pot lights, and the little subway tiles we chose for our backsplash. I would absolutely recommend Chris's home inspection service! We were looking at a two bedroom, two bath apartment in an older building. Chris was flexible to meet us at 8am and was very thorough in the home inspection from getting up onto the buildings roof, water room, parkade, and in every detail of the specific condo unit. I called north Shore Pest Detective to come out to a job site we were working on. One of my installers found a wasp nest on the second floor and it was preventing them from installing a window. Time was very important to us and the client. North Shore was able to come right away, fix the problem and my guys were able to finish the installation on the same day. Thank you for saving us valuable time. Both the office staff and technician were great. We will definitely be calling again.

I had Capilano Closets come in a do a closet, a great experience, clean-up could have been done better, but job was done quickly and effeciently. The process was easy from a stand point of a customer who does not know a lot about the area. Have recommended them onto my parents.
