Waited 3 years to post this review given my last interlock job didn’t seem to last very long, happy to say Pro Loc’s work has stood the test of time so far! Paul was extremely professional and showed his expertise when planning out the proposed design of the job. The other contractors that we received quotes from did not include retaining walls that I think were key to making sure the job would stay put over the long term given the slope of our lot. Paul and his partner have a great crew who did a fantastic job and have been responsive throughout the process and beyond. We received many compliments though the years and referred many friends and neighbours to Pro Loc and will continue to do so.

I woke up to a broken water heater that no longer provided our home with hot water but also was leaking water into our basement. I called Rinnai (the water heater brand) who gave me a few local plumbers which I then looked up on homestars to filter for the top rated ones. After a couple calls I went with Laith and it proved to be a great decision. He diagnosed the problem, dealt with Rinnai to get parts through warranty, went around to shop for other parts needed for the repair, fixed the unit (which appeared to be quite an involved task) and associated leaks and also reorganized/improved my plumbing system to prevent similar issues in the future, all in the same day! He was a pleasure to work with and his level of expertise and professionalism were much appreciated. Thanks again Laith!

I received a few estimates from well rated vendors listed on HomeStars and it was clear that Ken and his team were the best choice. They gave me comfort and confidence in their quote and description of the work (other vendors were less detailed and gave the impression they were purposely leaving the door open for additional fees). We received high quality work at a fair price; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken to friends or family.

Houssain and his crew did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond in all aspects and treated our home like it was their own, providing guidance on the placement of each light and then cleaning up after the job was complete. We'll definitely be calling them back to do our basement when the time comes - they are all really great guys to work with. I wish you continued success!

We were dreading our first big move but Philip and his team did a fantastic job and turned it into a positive experience. They far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, they also provided guidance on how best to setup our furniture, suggested extension cords we could purchase in order to have a cleaner look in our rooms, and even helped to stick on furniture pads under our (extremely heavy) piano so that our new floors wouldn't get scratched. They truly work hard to maintain their high rating on HomeStars, like everyone else that has posted a review here - I would recommend them to anyone.

We received estimates from numerous companies on homestars; Daimon provided the most detailed and well thought out project plan that considered issues and items that his competitors did not mention or seem to care about. This level of quality and professionalism was consistent throughout from start to finish of the job. His crew, headed up by James, was considerate of our needs, finished the job quickly and were careful to minimize the effect of the work on the surrounding area. It was not an easy job either, they had to remove a mess of scrubs/trees/rocks/stones/etc and then put together a beautiful patio for us. We could not be happier with our new patio or with the overall experience working with Daimon.
