Upon ordering our shower and toilet, we were told the delivery should only take 2 or 3 days (this from saleswoman Deb) as the product was in Winnipeg. 2 weeks later we inquired where the shower was and were told it would be another 17 days. Our contractors were now waiting on us to have the product. 5 weeks after our initial purchase we called THEM to inquire again and were told it WAS now in stock and had been for days already...poor customer service. No regard for our concern at all. I now understand why people support big box stores and will do so from now on.
