Troy from Valley Windows came out to repair our patio screen doors. He was personable, professional and explained what needed to be done. He took the doors back to the shop to be repaired. Unfortunately there was a long delay and I had to follow up a few times, but the Manager quickly rectified the situation and in the end I was left extremely happy with the workmanship and customer service. I would not hesitate to use Valley Windows and Doors should we need windows or doors in the future.

- Instruct technicians if an accident happens (ie screen doors taken away for repair were bent/damaged in the warehouse) to deal with it promptly rather than lead the customer to believe everything is okay. We will deal with Valley Windows in the future as the manager (owner?) was exceptional and dealt with the issue extremely well, but something to think about - most people know accidents happen, but how things are dealt with after makes all the difference.
