So when I read about Jacob and the Clean Team's service of deep cleaning houses I was more than eager to call and book. My over-the-phone consultation left me with a great deal of confidence that my house that had seemed to "run away from me" was going to be cleaned from top to bottom and disinfected. Jacob was very down to earth yet extremely professional during our discussion. Yesterday Jacob and his amazing team showed up to deep clean my home. We were so impressed with Jacob's ongoing communication with us on the progress of the team. There was no gimmick or sly up selling in the eleventh hour. He conducted his dealings with the utmost of professionalism and was friendly to my family as we were present during the beginning of the service time. I must say the team was lovely and hard working. When I came to inspect my home I was completely satisfied with the attention to detail and the work that been accomplished by the team. My husband was not present at the final inspection but I can report that as my husband discovered new things that now gleamed and sparkled, I would hear the "wows!" We are so thrilled that we booked with Jacob. We can now enjoy our time with our family without the feeling anxiety or guilt.
