In 2008/09 we had all new windows installed by North Shield. The quality of the windows were good, the installation was excellent. The salesman, Alex Vrublevsky was very knowledgeable and kept in excellent contact with us. In 2014 the E-Coating in some of the windows become defective, they developed foggy & streaked patches inside the sealed glass. We called Alex hoping for the best, expecting disappointment but he came right away and said the windows were under warranty and would be replaced no problem. Alex said the replacement windows should be done by mid August 2014. Update Sept. 12, as promised Alex and his crew delivered. The defective windows have been replaced and look great. We were so pleased we ordered a new sliding glass patio door from North Shield as well this past summer.
