Quickest to respond to request for a quote in the spring. Best price of the 4 contractors. Worked with neighbour to ensure everyone was on the same page. Arrived to start first phase within a week of promised date. Finished second phase when promised. Good quality work. Obvious experience. before asphalt was place, ensured they would meet key criteria of having water drain away from both houses by engaging Nortown Paving owner who was on site. Grading was adjusted accordingly.
Nice to deal with. Quality work. Flexible and creative with solutions. Worked straight through until the job was finished. Show up when promised. Mark is not only the one quoting the work, he is up the ladder on the roof leading his ream.
