This is our second home purchase from Losani Homes. Our house closed on time, and it is absolutely beautiful! Again, we are impressed with the quality of the work and the design. The Losani team on the site have helped us with a couple of things that were outside of their normal work, and Customer Service gave us a beautiful welcome gift, even going out of their way to purchase a small gift for our 2.5 year old who loves Minnie Mouse! Great builder and great follow-up service.

We were looking for homes in our area and Losani actually delivered much better looking homes with better features for the price compared to the competition. We really like the house we bought, it’s beautiful and well-designed. We haven’t had any issues and their service department has been really good. Both the manager Greg and the service guy (also named Greg) are really helpful. They’ve been great overall and I’ve already recommended Losani to friends.
