I think they are quite over-priced to begin with, but I still ended up buying there just because I can't find the design I like anywhere else....wish I haven't tho. When the guys were delivering my furniture, they somehow think it is a good idea to drag them on my newly installed floor. That left a good 12" scratch on the floor. I've called their customer service, and was promised they will look after it, but they never did. There were also some minor defects on a buffet and hutch (tiny chips) they delivered...Didn't bother calling back again after a few times. Overall, not very happy with the purchase, but they do have a great showroom with very good product selections. Selection: 9/10 Prices: 3/10 Service: 3/10

Very professional and helpful staffs. The guys there were much more honest and upfront to us than a few other places we've been to. Prices were excellent and selections were good. Everything was started and completed on time as promised. The installers started and stayed till quite late tho. Came in everyday at about 10, and work until after 7pm. I was hoping they could start and leave earlier, like 8-5pm. Quite dirty during the installation, but the finished floor looks gorgeous!
