I must say I was left with an excellent impression of their contracting and installation service and with the quality of their product. I was contacted back by their corporate administrator only few minutes after I sent my request online and offered me updates on the progress of my order throughout the contract. Their service representative came to discuss the details of their offer and took initial measurements and brought in samples so I chose a color matching the other windows followed by the lead installer who made sure the precise dimensions and other conditions for a perfect installation were considered. On the day of installation, the lead and helper came and did their job in the smoothest way possible, making sure the window was perfectly anchored and sealed in place while cleaning up after them and picking up all materials from the old window. I can only add that this company went above and beyond to pay attention to every single detail and making me feel that the job of installing just one small basement window was as important to their team as any of their large and expensive windows and doors replacement projects altough the profit they made was just marginal to none. Evgeny is a true professional, highly skilled and with an intelligent troubleshooting approach. He came twice, first to determine the possible cause and second to replace the main board and user interface boards but unfortunately the defect is within the internal wiring that cannot be accessed due to the poor design of my Frigidaire product. Ali, the Enercare representative came to my place within less then a couple hours from the time I called Enercare at noon on a Saturday. He patiently explained me the options and let me choose the best one for me without any pressure and salesman tactics. He then made arrangements that a crew is sent to install the furnace first thing Monday morning. Ali has done his job with high professionalism. Also, the crew of two technicians who installed the furnace did an absolutely amazing job. They protected the floors and cleaned up after the work was complete leaving everything behind in pristine condition. My old York air conditioning unit of 20 years stopped cooling so given its age I was looking for its replacement. I hired this company for the second time, this time to secure the fascia to the soffit underneath my roof. The gaps at the interface between the two allowed wasps to make a home on top of the soffit. The technician who came to do the annual inspection of my furnace recently as stipulated in the maintenance contract was very well prepared, quick and he showed me the readings for the various tests before he left my place. I am a customer of Enercare for the past 4 years and all the services I got so far were exceptional. Once, the heat exchanger got defective in the middle of the winter. Miguel and his brothers did an EXCELLENT job with the power washing, sanding and painting my porch. They showed up for work the day and time exactly as promised and did not insist on completing the work the next day when cloudy skies and possible rain were in the weather forecast but listened to my concern and came the day when it was nice and sunny. I definitely recommend Paint, Pave, Plus to anyone who wants a good job done at their deck or porch, at a reasonable cost and by an excellent crew!

I was looking to have most of the gutters and downspouts at my house replaced so I did my research solely based on the highest rated service providers listed on the HomeStars website. I contacted companies and obtained few quotes including materials used, price, post installation warranty conditions and last but not least, a statement that they are registered with WSIB and that their workers have taken the working at heights training. Some of the companies prefer to assemble their quotation by simply using Google viewer but I must admit I am not comfortable with this approach as important details which can push the cost up or down can be missed. The quotation provided by AIMG was by far the most reasonable of all. Yuri, the owner came and surveyed what needed to be done and provided me with alternatives to my initial plan, all better. Also, the proposed 4 weeks timeline to install committed by Yuri seemed very reasonable to me given the construction season is now in full swing but I told him that if there is any window in his schedule, I prefer the work to be done sooner rather than later. He took note of my request and after a couple of days he called me back with a specific date, just few days after our discussion. His crew showed up at my place the day when the work happened promptly, organized the working space, did a tour with me to discuss once more the details of what they plan to do and even came up with an idea for one of the downspout coming from a short gutter and connecting into another one which not only proved to be very practical and effective but added aesthetical value to the whole setup. The crew of two worked quietly and without losing time until the work was complete, took me for a tour at the end, after they had cleaned up the area and checked for nails or other small leftovers thoroughly , and explained everything they did and asked me if I have anything else I wanted them to do or modify. They showed me one of the gutters I kept as it was in good condition and where only leaf guards needed to be added where they added twice more hangers inside as the previous owner only had them installed at large distances so after a winter, with the new leaf guards added the gutter it would have been possibly damaged (a pleasant surprise was that these extra hangers got installed free of charge). I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the fact that they proved to know the installation code and practice very well : one example is the length of the downspout extensions which was beyond the minimum recommended limit. In all, Yuri’s crew did an A+ job therefore I am recommending them to anyone wanting a similar work done at their place.

Liviu & his team proved to be professional, hard workers and courteous. The result is a good quality installation for both hardwood floor and stairs. I had few companies providing me their quote but all of them more than what I was asked by LA Floor - some even wanted to charge me for moving very light furniture (completely emptied out) in the rooms. Liviu not only that he did all work in the agreed price but also changed some of the boards in another area of the house without charging me extra. I strongly recommend their service to anyone wishing to install new floor and/or rehabilitate their stairs at a competitive price and quality.

Based on previous reviews I thought it was a good choice but I was expecting an average level of service and quality of work. Seeing and enjoying the result of their work I can tell I was totally wrong: Nucu (the owner), Anton and Walter did a truly AMAZING job. Nucu responded promptly to my call and accommodated my busy schedule, helped us to decide on the design of the new bathroom, materials and places to purchase them from so we can get the best quality at a very reasonable price. For the whole duration of the renovation, with no exception, they were extremely punctual, they worked hard, not wasting any time and taking just a short break for lunch. They worked quietly for most of the time and they were always very polite among themselves and with all of us in the house. They kept a low voice when communicated in relation to the work they were doing and never heard any bad word from any of them. They left our place exactly at the time when we agreed that they will finish their long workday but never forgetting to clean up after them. I have uploaded a couple of pictures to give an idea about the end result. However, the pictures are not able to reflect the high quality of their workmanship. A high level of attention to detail can be seen in every single corner of the new bathroom. I am thankful for such company exists and wished I was able to find contractors of such high level of professionalism for every job I need done in and around my house.

The owners were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns between the moment they booked my moving and the day when this happened. They brought all the protective pads and boxes for clothes on hangers. Cezar and his three employees did an excellent job by taking care of our belongings so they ended up into our new home without a single scratch and without any damage to the stuff in boxes of all sizes and weights. I thought that the removal of the furniture from the previous house will be a challenge for any moving company due to the configuration of our stairway. However, this was not a problem at all for Cezar and the other movers as they proved to be very skilled so not only that the furniture did not get damaged but the same was for the walls. It was a long day for everybody as we had a lot of stuff but this did not seem to bother any of them. They kept the same positive attitude from the beginning to the very end which was close to midnight. They worked really hard and exceeded my expectations by far.
