I would highly recommend Liddle Rascals for unwanted pest removal. Scott and Spencer were great to work with. Fortunately, they were working in my area and were able to come on short notice. They kept me posted as to their arrival time (since I was on a tight schedule), assessed the situation, explained how an unwanted squirrel took up residence in my attic (through a hole in the eves) and how they would go about eliminating him (without harming him). They knew their stuff, worked quickly and before long, my unwanted tenant was gone. Scott and Spencer know their stuff, are friendly and easy to work with and reasonably price. They are now my "go-to" guys for pest removal.

Can't say enough good things about Peter. He came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a verbal estimate and explained the cost, scheduled the follow-up appointment, order the required part, showed up again as scheduled, quickly made the repair and held to the quote he originally provided. Add to that he is super friendly and outgoing. What more could you ask for? Would definitely use Modern Appliance again and would have no hesitation in recommending the company/Peter to others. My airconditioner had broken over the Canada Day long weekend whichw as very hot and humid. Reliance sent a technician out to review the unit, but unfortunately he did not have the necessary parts on his truck to make the repair. A second service call was made the next day by Joe D'Onofrio. Joe quickly made the repair, offered suggestions on how to maintain the unit and talked with me about potential upgrades down the road when I was ready. Ther service was very good and I am most pleased with Reliance and their customer service culture.
