First after waiting for some time, they got the color wrong. Brought out a "mint green" instead of the Luxury white that we ordered. They didn't believe me over the phone, so they had to make a special trip out to the house to verify. Once they were installed they were great for about 4 years. Then the bedroom window blind, that we seldom ever use, came down with a crash and ripped the material. Then about 6 months later, the front picture window blind ripped horizontally from one end to the other as we had barely touched the fabric. No good to us, as we couldn't repair it, so we called in another window company to replace the fragile fabric. Possibly a bad run of material, I don't know. WE now have it waiting in a garbage bag to go to a repair depot, or possibly order a new set from a more qualified seller!

Glen I'm so very sorry to hear of the unfortunate incidents that occurred after we received the correct fabric colour from the manufacturer and completed the installation to your satisfaction.

We certainly would have addressed the subsequent issues as they came up, but since we did not hear from you, we had no way of knowing there were problems. Our final installation was in 2017 and that was the last we heard from you.

When we received the return authorization from the factory, we had no way of knowing who it was for as we had not initiated the request. We did, however, contact the manufacturer immediately to let them know that we had received the forms in error and with the customer's best interest in mind, they should find out who the forms should have gone to.

I now know that someone else is dealing with this issue for you and I wish you the very best.
