I have worked with GEM Windows previously in providing a window solution for our home. I'm always very please with the results and the experience and this time was no exception. A front facing window needed replacing and I was very impressed by the quick response for a quote as well as the suggestions made for the window solution. Although it was a long wait because they were so busy, GEM managed my delivery expectations so that I wasn't anxious. The new window was installed today and the installers were fast, efficient and kind. They took the time to ensure I knew how to work the window and it looks great! Thank you!

A Plus did a great job in having a consultant discuss and make suggestions and options before installation was very helpful. The consultant Pete also showed me exactly what the installation would look like and offered choices. He was also present when the installers arrived to walk things through and ensure everyone was on the same page. The Condo layout is challenging and both the installers worked quickly, efficiently and with as little intrusion as possible. They were friendly but focused and completed the installation, clean-up and walked through using in a courteous and effective manner. The unit is quiet and works very well despite all the nooks and corners.
