Scheduled an onsite assessment/quote at one of my properties. Waiting 1.5 hours. No show. Called back for an update but scheduler had to email the team and still a no show. I'd like to provide an update. Estimator called and I missed it. They had come anyway and did the survey and estimate. I received the quote the very next day and an email follow up to my concerns.
