I have been with this company for five years and they never cease to impress me. A few weeks ago my I -comfort ultra smart thermostat stopped working. The potential problem was that it happened just as the warranty from the manufacturer was expiring. Rodina interceded with the company so that I could have a brand new ultra smart thermostat at no cost and she succeeded. The only cost was the temporary thermostat that was placed as an emergency. It doesn’t get any better.

They are inveterate professionals. When installing one of the post they found out that there was an underground tube around my house. They alerted me immediately and stopped working on that particular post. After I had investigated the underground tube they came back and finished the job. They take their time know their stuff and do a great job.

I have used this company for many years and they never cease to amaze me on the quality of service providers they have. Kirel Was here yesterday and he explained every step of the way. I’ve had him over to service our furnace many times and he naturally goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied as a customer.

Called Steve to replace 2 side guide wires. He sent me an installer who put new wires and forced me to pay cash without receipt. Door isn’t working properly and Steve refuses to repair. Won’t return my calls.

I mentioned to the technician Michael that the unit appeared to be making too much noise. He could have ignored me because it was probably subjective to some degree. Instead he came back with scientific instruments and proved that I was right and the company proceeded to change the compressor at no cost to me. That is superior customer service.

I am a bit of a scientific buyer so that I kept asking questions for about two months and verifying facts. They were patient, very knowledgeable and everything they said was true. They were extremely helpful in helping me understand the technology that was required for my home and the installation was done at a higher level of effectiveness than that I've ever seen before for this kind of work.
