Waterproofing the back corner of the house from the outside wall
I sold my house and the closing date was within a week and a half, then I discovered a moisture issue at one of the corner of the basement and wanted to fix it for the new buyer. KP was able to give me a verbal quote over the phone and was able to accommodate me within his busy schedule by working on July 1st holiday.
