I currently have SafeTech alarm system in my pizzeria. I've had it for 3 years now and have never had a problem. Any time I have dealt with customer service, they have always been very friendly and helpful. Also, the installation was very easy and smooth. The technician was very informative and explained in detail how everything worked. Any time the alarm has sounded, they are very prompt to get in touch with me to make sure everything is OK. Highly recommended!
