We had birds nesting inside my son’s house soffit, on top of the garage. They were going in through a small space left around the light fixture when we changed it. I have called several companies and right from start I was turned off by the fact that they all charge a fee for an estimate, regardless how small the job is. Lesy from Aluminum’s Masters returned my call promptly and told me we can have an assessment and an estimate in the afternoon. No fuss, no conditions… very straight forward and easy to deal with. My son’s house is a bit older and I asked him to also look at the eavestroughs and the downspouts, I knew they need to be replaced sometime soon but I was not sure we can afford a big job right now. I asked Lesy to actually give me three estimates, one for the small soffit repair job, another one for the big job to replace all eavestroughts and downspouts and the third one which was and extra, to install leafs protection on top of the eavestroughts. We got a clear assessment of the eavestrughts and downspouts, with a choice of repairing them now or at a later time. Because their estimates were reasonable in price we decided to go ahead and spend a bit more money to do the entire work now, instead of later. Two days later the job was done very nice, they used good quality material, they install an extra downspout and everything was nit and clean when the job was done. I am very pleased with their work and it was nice to deal with them also… nice people, very polite and very honest. I would definitely recommend them. I will probably call them back to do my own home when the time comes.
