Called this company after reading good review and visiting the Bats Canada website and being impressed. We told Kenny we have a Bat in our house and what kind of noises we were hearing and we wanted it taken care of right away. Him and his co-worker (sorry the name escapes me) came the next day. They were very kind and answered every question we had and put our minds at ease with all of his knowledge of bats and the removal of them. He is very personable and easy to talk to. They sealed up our house and put up the one way exclusions so the bats could leave an not enter. We also got the 5 year warranty so we are extremely happy with that.NO other company offers such a thing. He came back a few weeks later and remove the exits and sealed up the spots. We have had no problems since. Highly recommend.
