Dealing with All Surface Sealing has been a nightmare. Initial appointment wasn't a problem and work seemed good but it all went south once the sealant started to dry. I had my driveway done on June 30th and after a week or so started to see patches losing its color. Also some oil stains started to reappear for which I paid extra $110 to cover along with cracks. First time I contacted Mr. Matthew was on July 12th and sent him pictures of the problem and that's when my misery started. Since then he has scheduled me for a fix up and cancelled for a total of 18 times and here are the dates and reasons: July 15th - Said will come, didn't show up nor messaged. Said machine broke after I messaged inquiring. July 18th - Again didn't show up. Said machine not fixed yet. Didn't inform me until I came home to see driveway not done and messaged to ask what happened. July 19th - Informed me that can't come today either coz machine part is wrong. Next apt Jul 22nd July 22nd - Didn't show up nor messaged July 27th - After my messages said he'll come on Thursday or Friday and yet again didn't show up One thing to add here is at this point when sealant dried down even more I started to see many more cracks that became apparent. I paid $90 for sealant and he asked $110 to cover "all" cracks and few oil patches and stupid me said yes. When asked why there are so many cracks unfilled he said they weren't part of the deal only big ones were. I said I paid more than the cost of whole driveway's sealant so that cracks are fully covered when I should have just gotten a bottle for 15 bucks from Canadian Tire and do it myself. Aug 3rd (temp 35c), August 6th (no show), August 7 (daughter's soccer game) August 9th - Finally came to inspect and admitted that oil patches have reappeared and some sealant has worn off but "did not bring equipment with him to fix it". It has already been a month and he still comes unprepared. Said he'll fix it no worries. August 24th - Didn't show and blamed it on me for not "confirming". Inside I thought I have been waiting for month and half. There's no car on driveway what's there to confirm. Just come and do it already but didn't say anything coz I just want to get thing over with. August 27th - Didn't show up said tomorrow August 28th - Didn't show up again coz chances of rain August 30th - No show saying he's busy with a bigger job September 2nd - No show. Reason, it's long weekend and wants to go away with family September 6 - No show coz of heat alert. September 10 - No show September 13 - No show coz have flu After multiple messages replies saying Sep 28th and I'll let you guess if that promised was kept given that I am finally writing a review on 29th........ What's the point of having a 2 year warranty if customer is going to be ridiculed like this. Out of whopping 18 reschedules (listed above) in over 2 months there have been 1 for sickness and 2 for heat but 15 is still way-way-way too many to be coincidence (or given any benefit of the doubt) and shows lack of respect and priority when a customer is looking to claim what they have been promised. At this point he is not returning my calls nor messages so I decided to write this review to share my experience and forewarn others. Needless to say I will never recommend this company to any family or friend.

Edited Review: In my previous review I showed complete dissatisfaction with Ton Furniture but unfortunately issue wasn't with TF, it was with manufacturer and their rep who ill-treated me when I tried to claim my warranty. That being said, Andy at Ton Furniture is great. He helped us with different mattress choices and their prices are great.

I got multiple quotes from reputable companies at Homestars and Alma had best price. Their installation was professional and courteous. I've had couple of complaints for kitchen window but they've been prompt to respond. Overall I am happy with the service (except the Kitchen window).

What could this company do to improve their services?
Have service dept personnel available in core winter months even when there are no new installations happening. I had to wait months before somebody could come and check the issue with leaking air in my kitchen window.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Check Homestars. It's a great resource to find reliable vendors. Cheap isn't always good and good isn't always cheap. I've been burned couple of times when I chose people from Kijiji or even single word of mouth based on price only.
