The final product/service was tremendous. The stair work and railings are exceptional. The craftsmanship is quite evident. I must recognize Judy Lang (Sales and Marketing Representative) who was attentive to my concerns and responded to my inquiries outside of normal business hours. She is a class act. Some miscommunications were corrected and corrective steps were immediately taken to ensure proper completion. Special mention to Dave for his actual work on the stairs. He is a true master of wood work. The painter Ben was also very competent. I must state that the owner of the company was very helpful in his suggestions for the sequencing of the activities required to bring this project to completion. All in all, my hat's off to the high skill level demonstrated by the individuals involved in these renovations. My home's beauty has been greatly enhanced. Thank you Railing Excellence!
