World of Comfort did extensive work in our house. First, they installed in floor heating in November 2010. They did an amzaing job. The installation was flawless and the workers were extremely competent and courteous. This challenging job was reasonably priced and we are very satisfied with the result. Mel and Tim arranged and fully coordinated the gypcrete pour over the radiant pipes. The work went really smoothly. We did not hesitate to hire World of Comfort again for our ductless air conditioning. They meticulously installed the units and ensured that the pipes and wires were hidden behind our walls. the job was quite challenging as we had 4 inside units installed, on 3 floors. The way they were able to fish the wires and tubing to these locations is quite impressive. there is almost no damage to the drywall. We also asked World of Comfort to relocate the main heating pipes in our basement in order to properly finish our basement ceiling. Again, they did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend World of Comfort for any heating or cooling project. Mel, Tim, Henry and the rest of the team are true professionals who will go the extra mile to ensure a high quality installation. Louis, Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto.

We contacted John regarding our desire to lower our basement and to excavate a large portion of the house, under our kitchen. He provided us with a fair quote and, after I checked his numerous references, we gave him the go ahead. John and his crew are very friendly and knowledgeable about basement lowering. They show up on time everyday and work very hard. John handled and coordinated all of the city inspections which were all successful. He also coordinated the work with the plumber and heating contractors (we installed a new boiler and a radiant floor). After the work was done, we noticed a few drops of water in one spot and John came immediately to fix the problem. We are now pleased with our new living area in our house. I would recommend John to my family and best friends.

We recently converted our duplex into a single family dwelling. Because it was a duplex, we had two side by side front doors. We wanted to replace the left door with a window and cover the rest of the gap left by the removal of the door with bricks. Otto came to see the work to be accomplished and provided us with clear explanations regarding this brick job and also furnished great tips as to how to best place the window. The final result was amazing. You can't tell at all that there used to be two entrance doors. Otto seems to have access to a collection of old bricks just like the ones my house was built with 80 years ago. Eventhough the results were amazing, Otto said he was not satisfied with one brick(!)that his employee put in. He had somebody come the next day to change it! You can certainly count on him for a great job.

Dear Louis,
I am proud that you are happy with our final product. Otto is very experienced and has a wealth of knowledge in masonry. Actually, many masons in Toronto got their start with Otto and continue to come to him for advice. Yes, he is very proud of his work and that one brick had to be replaced!
Sincerely,
