Had to write a follow up review. Called Durabuilt with a warranty issue 15 months after installation of our new windows and patio door. The patio door had mold along the bottom and sides. I was gearing up for battle....but they were amazing. The came out within 2 weeks, clean the mold all off, adjusted the door and but a new seal and weather stripping all around it. Their final words to me as they left..."Don't hesitate to call if there are any more issues, you have lots of time left on your warranty." Wow. Need I say more. Highly recommend. Very satisfied all around. Great product. Great service.

Terrible experience. Woman at front desk was abrupt and unhelpful. Made us feel we were inconveniencing her. They needed to order a part. She kept saying she would order it and I would phone in a few days and she would say she still had to order it. She said this 3 times. They had mower for a month. Ended up talking to the manager and he had them take the part out of a floor model and put it in our mover.

Conscientious and well mannered. We had a small job- plugged toilet and a water filter replaced on our main cistern. Sukh was knowledgable and competent. Would defiantly use him again.

Fast, efficient, excellent work. Competitive price. Our roof looks great. Crew even noticed we had a fan in the bathroom that just vented into the attic space. They added a vent, cut hole in the roof and vented it out and did not charge us any extra. Highly recommend .
