Love this company from its telephone greeting right down to the electrician they sent. Here's a small step taken by Mr. E but actually adds to an excellent client experience: Mr. E sent me an email prior to the appointment confirming the name of the electrician with picture included! Electrician (Ryan) was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained patiently why my electrical panel was sparking; was very polite and answered all my questions. Would use Mr E again and gladly recommend the company to anyone requiring electrical work.

We found Solex via Homestars and, due to their great reviews, decided to use their home inspection services . We were not disappointed. We put an offer on a resale home and arranged an appointment with Vahn who was very accommodating. He was polite and came to the house on time. He walked my husband throughout the house while he explained his findings. Vahn was very professional and patient with all our questions. In the end, he provided us with a comprehensive report of the inspection, complete with photos (even with close-ups of the chimney and flashings, etc). We had to pay extra for the thermal imaging device he used during the inspection but it was worth it as he was able to point out water leaks and missing insulation. Overall, we were very satisfied with Vahn's work, his professionalism and his ethics. We highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a home inspection service.
