I needed a new AC installed and called the top 5 businesses listed on Homestars. They didn't really impress me other than Rafael and Bluemax. Rafael began with finding out what my needs were and recommended a few solutions based on that. He gave me options that ranged from low-price to high. Something simple, yet something the other businesses didn't really execute on. Although at that point I had already made up my mind to go with Rafael, his quote also came out lower than any of the other 4 businesses I called, and he did a fantastic job. He was accommodating to my schedule, punctual, patient with my questions, and quick on the execution. Very professional, and I would recommend Rafael and team to anyone.
