On the hottest day of the year Richard was a life saver. My parents' air conditioner stopped working and they are elderly so I was concerned for their well being. He went above and beyond by not only responding to my call on the long weekend but actually coming out to do the work during off hours. He was quick and efficient in successfully repairing the air conditioner and offered helpful insight about the unit. We have dealt with Coretemp in the past and will continue to in the future. A highly satisfied repeat customer.

We paid $3,560 for a residential awning so that we could enjoy our backyard with our 2 young boys and elderly parents. I convinced my husband it was a good investment that would pay itself off after many years of enjoyment. The awning was installed this summer (summer of 2016), after a few weekends of trying to use it we noticed 2 things: a) the material is noticeably wrinkled in certain areas and b) the awning does not give us shade at any point (any hour) in the day. After 2 emails, a phone call/vm and an online post - we were able to arrange for a technician to come out and help us with an assessment and possibly an adjustment. We are very grateful for someone getting back to us and we look forward to the resolution to our product questions/concern. Thank you.

We found him by an accident and boy are we glad. Showed up on time, was flexible with the to do list, worked fast but efficiently. A job well done. Positives: very good at his job, VERY reasonably priced, excellent customer service skills, friendly & courteous. Negatives: not one during our experience. Bottom line: YES we would recommend him to our family, friends and strangers. What did he do? assembled our fireplace tv stand, wall mounted our flat screen tv, readjusted our surround sound, advised us on our awning (helpful tips so we could do it ourselves), fixed our closet door, etc....
