Had a new garage door and opener installed by Steve and his team. They did a fantastic job, and Steve stayed true to his quoted price. Took the time to make sure everything was working and clean up before they left. Will definitely recommend Maple Leaf Garage Doors to others!

Art Metal did a fantastic job on our front porch railing. When first contacted for a quote they were very polite and sent someone within a matter of days to take measurements. They then worked with us to pick a design and provide a final quote that was competitive with other quotes we received. They called us to arrange for an install date once the railing was ready and the install itself was done in under 2 hours. The installers were very friendly and cleaned up before leaving. Flood cleanup and complete homoe renovation
Our home recently suffered serious water damage from a broken water line in an upstairs bathroom. We contacted The Concord Group to perform the flood clean-up work and subsequently selected them for the renovations. As a previous reviewer posted, we initially found Concord to be professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding of our situation (hence choosing them for the renovations after the clean-up work was done). Their cleaning of our flood damage was very well done. However, as the previous reviewer said below, Concord's subsequent poor quality of some of their renovation contractors, seeming lack of interest once the job was awarded, and poor follow up work and communications, despite our continued requests, left us also feeling very dissatisfied in the end. I was also troubled by the fact that one of their 'handyman' contractors took on the role of both electrician and plumber, and I am confident he has no licenses or certifications in either trade!! We definitely won't use or recommend them in the future.
