Last week we encountered a nasty problem with a clogged drain in our basement. After several attempts to clear the clog, I realized the problem required the services of a plumbing specialist. A good family friend suggested Caldwell Plumbing as capable and reliable plumbing contractors. I called Caldwell Plumbing and actually spoke to Andrew Caldwell, owner of the company. I found Andrew pleasant to talk with and after he explained what I should expect and the range of possible costs, he arranged for a plumbing specialist to come by that same day. Shaun came at the appointed time and explained what he would do to fix the problem. The problem was resolved under one hour. Both my wife and I found Shaun professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what was done and made some suggestions on how to prevent this problem from recurring. And the icing on the cake…….the cost to us was right in the mid-range of what Andrew had proposed. As a background, Andre did our roof over fifteen years ago and we were pleased at that time with his professionalism, the quality of his work and the value for the services provided. Our roof needed to be replaced (normal wear and tear) and my wife and I decided to have Simply Roofing, along with a few other roofing companies, supply us with a quote. Simply Roofing, as we expected, came up the winner again. The roofing job was completed on time, the crew was very professional and courteous and Andre came through again. The roof was completed about one month ago and, given the amount of rain we have had, has performed admirably. Second time around just as good as the first. Thanks Andre.
