We hired them through the builders of our home. I was not very happy with the service, in fact one of them was rather lippy. I had to be on them all the time. They could improve in their customer service

Thank you for your response, these responses helps us to define our company towards being a better company, fyi we let go of the person; and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience we might of caused you. It was difficult to deal with the builder. I believe this particular case was the one where we installed our fireplace and cabinetry while the house was being built, and we had to repair and replace parts due to the unwilling cooperation from the builder.
