Paid in full upfront. Agreed to a 1:00 pm start. Misrepresented that the cleaner was only being 15 minutes from our house. Over 1 hour and 15 later before they could commit to a new time. Said they were on there way many times. At 5:15 they stopped texting and blocked our number. Would not return payment even though job was not complete. Do not hire. Bad business practices. Poor communication and obvious over promise and under deliver behavior.
