I called Family Comfort based on the reviews on this website and the 10 star rating that Jeff (owner) has received from others is valid. Jeff took my call for service personally, showed up the following day on time as agreed and did a great job on the install and charged the price that was quoted. He also took the time to answer some of my other natural gas/appliance related questions which I appreciated it. I Could not ask for better service and I highly recommend Jeff and his company to others.
