Paid $5000 deposit for Viceroy Homes package. PWL Homes Ltd construction cost estimated exceeded originaly estimate by 80+%. After 3-1/2 years of attempt to get reasonable building cost I finally gave up. Lost my deposit and costly site survey expense. Gave up my buidling dream on Sunshine Coast. Viceroy Homes has a good product, but beware of BAD, BAD dealer reps such as PWL Homes Ltd!
