I've been dealing with Josie ever since they opened their location . We bought our first home nearby and walked in and have had all of flooring needs purchased thru them . We always were given great product and a great price . In fact we have referred many of our family and friends to them and they were amazed at the pricing and products available . All of our flooring needs have and will be purchased from them as they treat us as great customers and never disappoint .

I contacted quality potlights regarding exterior potlights installation and moe, who answered the call, gladly came out to quote the work . He was clear and polite as to the quote and installation process . We agreed on the date for installation and work was done as stated . The crew was polite and were very professional as they made the work look amazing . They were very particular as to how to bring the line out from the house and thought it over as to how to achieve the cleanest look which I was impressed . I would have been happy with 2 lines coming out but they wanted it to look neater with just one . Many others wouldn't haven't taken the extra effort to do this . As well upon installing the timer switch they noticed some loose wires and corrected it and replaced them with new switches . As well , when they went to the electrical panel they noticed somethings that were not to their expectations and corrected them . In all I was impressed as the crew was a pleasure to deal with ( good sense of humour yet professional ) and even nice enough to answer all my questions , even though I thought I was interfering , but they were glad to answer any questions . Great work guys . As for the owner moe , he followed up immediately after the job and continued to stay in touch until the inspection was complete . . Thanks again guys , your work and honesty go a long way and thank you again for the amazing job

Had driveway paved in beggining of summer, Peter the Salesman did not take a deposit as he said only small companies do that. They came and tore up driveway and layed gravel...BUT DID NOT IMPACT as all other companies do, they said it doesnt have to be done. Anyways large cracks all over by end of september. Called , kept on getting the run around , then finally told repair will be done in December...? Then salesman changed his phonenumber and he does that at every year end so noone can contact him.BUT I Never gave up and kept calling him every time he changed his number, but it didnt get me anywhere. Please do not use this company or deal with Peter as he comes of as a nice person but once the money is given, they dont care what happens. A neighbour got it done the same time, and she has had the same problem. I know there a lot of fly by night companies, but these guys are just as bad....NEVER do business with them. Just to let u know I am just a hard working person, who doesnt nit and pick at little things but when someone does this it truly bothers me.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! And the BBB cant help u either. I hope someone reads this and that I help them with their decision.
