Our washer was leaking and causing a loud sound when completing each cycle. We called Chris and he came over the same day, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our washer. He was able to promptly diagnose the problem and gave us an estimate. He ordered the part right away and was able to fix our washer the next day. Chris put our mind at ease as I was convinced we'd have to buy a new washer. Now it works as good as new. We have recommended him to friends who have also been very please with his service. We will definitely use his service again.
