We booked Alpha to do our vent cleaning after their great job with our carpets. Dustin and his partner were very pleasant, explained the process and got right to work. There is a fair amount of noise while the cleaning is in process and they even offered us earplugs. We are very happy with the results. The only issue we had is that one of our floor vents was damaged.

We needed to have our furnace checked before winter. Brian was on time and got right to work. Our furnace filter is difficult to access and he showed us a way to replace the filter. Very thorough, professional and answered all our questions.

I selected Alpha based on the reviews on Homestars. Dustin from Alpha came and was very friendly and explained everything. There were no hidden costs and when he made a suggestion for Scotchguard there was absolutely no pressure to upsell. He did a great job and got all stains out of our off-white carpets. The Homestars reviews were very helpful. I would use Alpha Carper Cleaners again and recommend them.
